Throughout our work together, I listen carefully to your concerns, adapt the plan as needed, and provide ongoing support so you never feel alone in the process.
My goal is not only better sleep, but confident parents who understand their child’s sleep and feel empowered to support it long-term.
I offer reassurance and emotional support during challenging nights, not just instructions.
I help parents understand the ‘why’ behind their child’s sleep, so they feel confident long after our work together ends.

About me

My name is Irene, and I am a Sleep Sense™ sleep consultant.Originally from Italy and now also Swedish, I have been living in Sweden since 2017, where I support families in building healthy, sustainable sleep habits.I have been personally trained by Dana Obleman, infant psychologist and the creator of The Sleep Sense™ Program, whose methods have been used worldwide by more than 57,000 families to solve their children’s sleep problems.The Sleep Sense Program was created by sleep expert Dana Obleman based on extensive research and personal experience with her own three children. She has been working with parents since 2003 to teach them her strategies for overcoming sleep difficulties in infants. Her program stresses the importance of letting children learn how to soothe themselves into a deep, restful sleep.
